why NSEFU SECTOR?
The Nsefu sector is the wildest area of the Luanwga Valley, It has remote areas where no one could disturb the wilderness. From there we either go on a safari by foot or in the 4x4 vehicle, discover the untouched nature and surprise them our simple presence. it is the last wild eden of our planet. It is the more exclusive area in the South Luangwa National Park free of mass and commercial tourism.
Why should you choose our camp?
Our Camp is located in the best place within the National Park in the Nsefu sector, while the other accommodations are outside the Park and take a long time to access our areas. We are in the core of wildlife activity and this is why our safaris are more authentic and exclusive. Our Camp has no excess of luxuries, where it is located is its true luxury as our guests come to enjoy authentic Africa and safaris. In the morning we start our game drives before sunrise and in few minutes we will be in the more active wildlife area, we have not to drive long distances to get to the park or we have not to wait at the gate to get permits, or to be open at 06:00 am, we are already inside… and our game drive will start very early in the morning when the wildlife activity is high and the light perfect for the experimented photographers.

Safari Explorers Camp
The Luangwa River is one of the great sources of life in southern Africa, and most of all, Zambia, a land that has no access to the sea. It is 770 kilometers long and flows permanently throughout the year. The river is also an indispensable source of water for the majority of the African fauna. It flows into the Zambeze River and, on its way through numerous obstacles that it crosses, divides into several broad river branches that turn into lakes and ponds in the dry season, true oases, home to an incredible number and variety wild species.
Within the Luangwa Valley, the terrain extends as far as the horizon as a cliff that completes along the river. On the other bank stretches a gigantic sandy beach, which forms part of the river basin during the rainy season.
On the edge of the river, one of the greatest paradises of biodiversity, an abundance of fauna and flora, has turned this oppressive nature into one of the most beautiful and most famous places in Africa.
